Onsite creative streaming is provided by the owners of ARTU4iA, John Kleber and Carol Ludwig Kleber. They consider it a privilege to have you at their studio and to offer you guidance for your success. Brush up on your creative mojo, come and practice at ARTU4iA.
John has worked for Disney and Warner Brothers as an art director and production designer and also is an illustrator for numerous national clients. He’s worked as a concept artist for Wes Anderson on the film “Life Aquatic” and has received an Academy Award Nomination for “Redux Riding Hood”, an animated short film that he worked on as art director and lead production designer. As a painter, he has had numerous solo exhibits, as well as group shows. His work ranges from large scale installations to smaller intimate works. John has experience directing and inspiring teams of artists and finds that aspect of his work to be the most rewarding. His enthusiasm for your success will be felt the minute you walk through the door and you’ll feel that energy long after you leave.
Carol graduated with a degree in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Studies included figure drawing, painting, design & composition, perspective and illustration. She was honored to be an understudy, painting egg tempera background and posing as one of the models for American Master Harold F. Edmonds. After AIP, Carol worked as a graphic designer and an art director for both an advertising agency and marketing company. Writing is another creative pursuit and she attended the creative writing workshop at Cecile Moochnek Gallery in Berkeley and has written a screenplay.
